Common faults and troubleshooting methods of air source treatment components
Fault 1:
The pressure relief valve leaks at high pressure, which is manifested as the valve cover vent hole has been leaking
Remedy:
1. Confirm whether the connection between the inlet and outlet ports is wrong
2, confirm whether the outlet pressure is higher than the inlet pressure
3. Confirm whether there is any foreign matter in the seal between the valve core and the diaphragm
4. Confirm whether the diaphragm is broken
Fault 2:
Pressure reducing valve cannot increase pressure
Remedy:
1. Confirm whether the intake pressure is sufficient and whether the pressure gauge is damaged
2, confirm whether the pressure regulating screw is stuck
Fault 3:
Pressure reducing valve cannot maintain pressure
Remedy:
1. Confirm whether there is any foreign matter in the valve core and diaphragm seal
2, confirm whether the connection joints and pipelines are leaking
Fault 4:
insufficient flow
Remedy:
1. Confirm whether the intake pressure is stable
2, confirm whether the filter element or flow path is blocked by foreign matter
Fault five:
the filter cannot filter water
Elimination method:
The water removal rate of conventional filters is only 50-60%, and the main function of the filter is to filter impurities. If required, it is recommended to install a filter dedicated to water removal at the front of the equipment
Fault six:
the oil mist device does not spray oil mist
Remedy:
1. Confirm whether the amount of oil is sufficient
2, confirm whether the adjusting valve needle is open
3. Confirm whether there is a pressure difference (only when the outlet side uses air)
